The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 7 An Act                    
reducing certain resident sport fishing, hunting, and trapping license         
fees, increasing certain nonresident sport fishing license and tag fees,       
and relating to nonresident sport fishing, hunting, and trapping               
licenses; and providing for an effective date and recommended it be
